Maid service was very poor If you were not gone from your room by morning then they never came back to clean room even if you asked them too. if you have a "do not disturb" sign on the door when they first swing by, most hotels will check again before they finish cleaning floor. This hotel doesn't

The hotel had great complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi which were helpful for my city trip. the location was key as it was close to many dining options and easily accessible from the highway.

The walls were thin and I could hear noise from neighboring rooms which made it hard to sleep at times. the bathroom was a bit small and lacked adequate storage space for toiletries which was inconvenient.

The people were all friendly and the variety at breakfast was great.

The King Suite with kitchen area and the breakfast choices. Also enjoyed having good restaurants to walk to.

The hotel is conveniently located near the interstate, making it easy to access. Additionally, there are several restaurants in the area for those looking for dining options beyond the usual brands. If you have any medical appointments, the hotel's proximity to the local area is quite convenient.

The fitness equipment needed to be wiped down. The elliptical trainer needs maintenance, it sounded like someone was sharpening knifes.

This hotel is very clean and is free of smokey and musty odors. We bought Ice crean from the store but forgot the spoons. There was plastic ware in the cabinet. The room spacious. Breakfast was great!!

I was pleasantly surprised with my recent stay at Holiday Inn Express. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of travel. The breakfast options were delicious and satisfying. The staff was attentive and made sure all my needs were met. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The lady that set up food for breakfast was the most patient angel I have come across in years. Even at 6:30 am she was pleasant, personable and extremely helpful...you need to keep her!

The person checking me in was very courteous. Even on checkout the lady somehow knew my name without the computer and the room was excellent.

I prefer to pay under 100$ but that is not always available in such a nice facility as yours.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was outstanding. I appreciated the small details like having plenty of outlets in the room, a comfortable work desk, and even a set of plastic utensils and disposable plates in case I wanted to have a meal in the room. Additionally, the staff was warm, friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate us, allowing us to check in early. Furthermore, the location of this hotel was fantastic, as it was within walking distance of several great restaurants, making dining options incredibly convenient.
